1850s Hard Times

This statement of a suit was created for AUB's production of Hard Times, based on the novel by Charles Dickens. It features a short lounge jacket, single-breasted waistcoat, and trousers. Most of the construction time was used to pattern match, and to create the 8 different pockets that were needed on the costume, however it was a joy to make.

Created between lockdowns at the end of 2020, luckily the production was able to go ahead, however being filmed instead of with a live audience.
