1905 Plunge Corset

As part of my final project at AUB, I chose to make this 1905 plunge corset. I really enjoyed shaping the front, likening it to a blooming flower. I used the drafting instructions from Mandy Barrington's Stays and Corsets; vol. 2, and given how low the front of the corset sat, I created a chemise to go underneath for modesty. This was adapted from my basic block, and was gathered at the neckline to fit over the bust, with two different laces applied.
